get it….everyone got it….Dats unfair”

dis…. रोज काय तेच तेच खायचं ?”
“Yaar my wardrobe
needs a desperate makeover”
I think every other day we make these statements. Perfectly
fine, we learn…we earn…we spend…we enjoy…we think dis is life. We are so
stressed.
We get up, We eat, We drive, come to office. We work, We
eat, We think, We eat, We gossip, We crib,
We earn, We drive. (Kindly read in
Rhythm :P)
Some party, some eat,
some dance, some roam. We think “Aaaaaah now we will feel happy” …. “Stress
Relief”….. But if really doing all this makes one stress free why are we
unhealthy.
Our parents always tells us…. “एवढ्या तेवढ्या वरून कुठे stress येतो का …? चांगला विचार करा..चांगली कामं करा…आनंदाने जगा…जग, आयुष्य सुंदर आहे. जरा आजू बाजूला बघा”
Yes it works….
People don’t get food to eat …leave aside choices
They do not even have 2 pair of proper clothes to
wear….leave aside brands
They do not even have options for gifts….
But still they are
happy, satisfied, calm within.
But yes the amount of things that revolves in our brain are
tremendous….
Traffic, Competition, Pressures…yes it affects ..definitely
affects.
But then what are we going to gain only by cribbing about things. The
way out should be found.
Satisfaction depends within us.
It’s the choice we make.
If
we stop comparing with anyone, Life is beautiful.
Stress is a beautiful word.
It takes a turn as we move it. Others say so should I say, and these
materialistic things might burst out my stress, wont work.
In a way, a beautiful hobby, nature walk, soothing songs
help overcome few things.
I had read some where 5 things to heal 50 problems (and that
photograph prompted me to write dese 50 words)
